- By accessing or using SectorOps products or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products or services.
2. Products & License
- SectorOps sells digital Notion templates and operating system templates ('Products').
- Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own business operations.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Products publicly without written permission.
- The license covers unlimited use within your own organization.
3. Payments & Pricing
- All products are priced in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.
- All sales are final unless covered under our refund policy.
4. Refund Policy
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all full-priced products ($97 tier).
- Mini templates ($7 tier) are non-refundable due to their low price point.
- To request a refund, contact us at support@sectorops.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Intellectual Property
- All SectorOps content, templates, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of SectorOps.
- You retain ownership of any content you create using our templates.
- You may not claim authorship of the base template structure.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Products are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the products will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.
- Business results depend on many factors outside our control; we make no guarantees of specific outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
- SectorOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
